Cancellation Policy
We would appreciate at least a 48-72-hour notice for any cancellations or schedule changes.
We understand cancellations and appointment changes can happen. However, appointments cancelled/changed less than 12 hours of a scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation charge; which will be the full fee of your scheduled appointment time.
Appointment cancellations may be left on the company’s voice mail or e-mail but text message cancellations will not be considered an appointment cancellation.
We are very sorry but there is no exceptions to this
